Aremu Ayinla (Chairman)
He is a graduate of Petrochemical Science and Technology from the University of Lagos, Akoka and also holds Masters of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Rivers State University of Science and Technology. He is a member of several professional associations, among which are Society of Petroleum Engineers, Nigeria, Nigeria Society of Chemical Engineers, Polymer Institute of Nigeria and American Chemical Society.
Aremu is currently a lecturer in the Petroleum Processing Department, Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Warri. He also doubles as the Chief Coordinator for the School Consult and the Project Coordinator of the school's Youth Skill Acquisition Scheme, a position in which he carried out several projects on behalf of United Nations agencies and international oil companies. Some are still ongoing. He was one time the Head of Department of Petroleum Processing Department, PTI and the President of PTI Multipurpose Cooperative Society Ltd.
He also worked as the Sales Engineer and later as the Assistant Manager of Oluyin Medilab Nig Ltd, Palmgroove. He had a stint with Kaduna Refining and Petrochemical Co. Ltd in the Fuel Section, FCC Unit. He had attended several courses, in and outside the country.
Idowu Oshokoya (Managing Director/CEO)
A graduate of Banking and Finance from the University of Lagos and MBA degree from the University of Maiduguri, Idowu is an alumnus of Harvard Kennedy School, Cambridge and a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (FCIB). He is currently the chairman of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria, Warri Branch.
He started his banking career with the then Owena Bank Nig Ltd, which later became Omegabank Nig Plc, and was consolidated into Spring Bank Plc, which is now Keystone Bank Ltd. While in Omegabank, he worked initially in the Internal Audit Department, and later became the Head of Internal Control Unit of the bank and rose to become the Operations Manager of one of the branches.
From Omega bank, he joined Ecobank Nig Plc, and worked in the following capacities: Operations Manager, Branch Manager, Area Manager, and later as the Head of SME and Local Corporate, South-South and South-East Region
Before veering into banking, he started his post university working career as an audit junior with KPMG (Chartered Accountants) before becoming a lecturer in Ramat Polytechnic, Maiduguri, where he rose to become the acting Head of the Department of Accounting and Finance.
He has attended numerous training and seminars both locally and abroad
Idowu is bringing over 16 years of banking experience into the microfinance banking industry, to execute Plus One Microfinance Bank Ltd growth plans and propel it to becoming a leading provider of financial solutions to the teeming micro businesses in Nigeria.
James Oritse (Director)
James Oritse is a graduate of Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the Petroleum Training Institute (PTI), Warri, Delta State. He has over 20 years working experience in the Oil Industry. He is currently a gas plant engineer where he works as a Shift Supervisor with Chevron Nig Ltd.
James has attended several training programs both local and abroad. Among others, he has had Training on Gas Plant Process Operations, Leadership, Personnel and Financial Management and also had attended a certification fire school training in the United States of America and Scotland respectively.
He is a recipient of several awards and recognition, Among others, he has had Recognition and Award (R&A) from Chevron Plant in the USA for part time education of kids and also from the Ministry of Commerce for the Management of the Delta arm of the workers financial Multi-Million Naira Credit Union (Delta Area Chevron Employees Cooperative) which he led as President for 4 years.
James Oritse is a member of the Institute of Strategic Management.
Oluwole Oladeinde (Director)
Oladeinde Oluwole is a Chartered Estate Surveyor & Valuers and a graduate of the Federal Polytechnic, Bauchi. He has worked variously with Adefila Akinsomi, Salako & Partners, Lagos, Mark Odu & Co, Lagos, Osoroh & Co, Warri, Delta State. He is currently the Managing Partner of Oladeinde, Olajide & Associates (Estate Surveyors & Valuers).
He is a member of the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors & Valuers, Estate Surveyor Regitration Board of Nigeria, Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria, Alberta Real Estate Board, Canada, and Georgia Real Estate Board of USA.
He is currently been involved extensively in Oil Spill and Compensation Valuation.
Adeyinka Adeosun (Director)
A graduate of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ibadan and Masters Degree in Public Administration from Delta State University, Abraka, Delta State. He worked in the oil industry with Shell Petroleum Development Corporation (SPDC); where he worked as a facility engineer, pipeline engineer, Health Safety and Environmental Trainer, IT support staff, Health Safety and Environmental Adviser and later as Knowledge Management and Collaboration Services Adviser.
Before SPDC, he worked with Delta Steel Company, Aladja-Warri as Production Engineer/Shift Supervisor and Alcon Nigeria Ltd, Port-Harcourt as Project Engineer.
He is currently the Managing Director/Chief Executive of Rafta Integrated Resources Nigeria Limited, a company that offers technical and financial services to various sectors of the economy in Nigeria in the area of consulting and contracting.
He had attended trainings both local and abroad, among which are Knowledge Management Workshop, Rijswijsk, Netherlands, Customer Management, Warri, The Art of Knowledge Management, Warri, Customer Focus, Train the Trainer Workshop and Fraud Risk Management, Port-Harcourt.
Michael Owolabi (Director)
An alumnus of Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, he has over 25 years experience in both commercial and merchant banking, gathered at Barclays Bank of Nigeria Ltd (now Union Bank Plc), Nigerian American Merchant Bank Ltd (NAMBL) and Owena Bank Plc (later Omega Bank Plc and now Spring Bank Plc).
He was at various times Head of Internal Control, Head of Operations at NAMBL and Head of Foreign Operations and Head of Administration at Omega Bank before retirement.
He is currently the Managing Director of Equideb Bureau De Change, based in Lagos.
Michael Owolabi had attended banking, supervisory and management courses in Nigeria and Overseas.
